Amber is a native of Sussex County, Delaware, residing in Laurel with her daughters, Madeline & Adah. Amber is a graduate of Lighted Pathway Christian Academy. She attended Delaware Technical and Community College before working at the law firm of Procino Wells, LLC in Seaford, Delaware as a receptionist. In 2012, Amber was hired by Shannon R. Owens, Esquire as a Legal Assistant and today continues to work for Shannon R. Owens, Esquire. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
