Brandy is a native of the Eastern Shore, born and raised in Snow Hill, MD. However, has made Millsboro, DE her home for the past 15 years with her husband, Kevin, and two children. Brandy comes to us with over 8 years of settlement experience in both Maryland and Delaware. She enjoys tackling title issues and has extensive knowledge in short sales, foreclosures, new construction, and everything in between. Brandy was a licensed Realtor for over 14 years, but her passion is guiding clients through the settlement process, as effectively and efficiently, as possible. When she is not working, Brandy enjoys the beach, fishing with her son, Talan, and taking long walks with her pugs “Bob and Bella”. Brandy recently joined our firm in June of 2021, as a Real Estate Paralegal.
