Wanda was born and raised in Havre de Grace, MD. She graduated from St. Patrick’s Catholic School in 1969 and attended Havre de Grace Senior High School graduating in 1973. She moved to Georgetown in 1978 and started her title searching career training at Ticor Title in 1986 and First American Title Company. Wanda has spent the last 20 years title searching for the Law Offices of Moore & Rutt and Ellis & Szabo, respectively. She joined Sergovic Carmean Weidman McCartney & Owens part time in September 2017 and became full time in November 2017. She lives in Georgetown with her husband, Bob. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
